How I heard about EMwomen:

I was at Family Christian bookstore with hubby and friends laughing about a title to a book called Fit after 40 and Denise said you need to talk to me, I have lost 140 lbs. and she had my ears.

About Me:

I am a wife, a mother to two precious girls 15 and 10, and a teacher to 25 sweet 2nd graders. I love to scrapbook my kids lives. We attend Rock Creek Church in Little Rock. I was raised in a Christian home and cannot believe how many children today are not. I love the Lord and want to be the best that I can be.
