It is my passion to do my art and healing together to serve in the world.
My current focus, other than supplying the galleries that represent me, is a global interactive art installation "Peace Prevails Project". Phase I can be viewed at my website and my blog www.wishupeace.blogspot.com.

Phase II is just beginning to take form. Imagine walking into a large room and seeing life sized sculptured figures representing countries from around the world. As you walked around this installation you would hear the voices of the people, whose sculptures were castings of their bodies, speaking in their language "Peace Prevails". My sense is that it would be a live prayer and a chant combining all these languages.

What I need help with:
1. I need corporate or grant monies to fund the project. Currently phase I will be helping to fund some of it. I am the bread winner in the family and all the bills come from the sales of my artwork. So Phase II will need outside help.

2. Need help from other artists from around the world to cast and record the voices of people.

3. Need a museum or gallery with a large space to hold the installationn of 50-200 sculptures with a time frame to work toward.

4. Need help in promotion of the project, grant writers, organization helpers etc.

In Feb. 2009 Kimono no. 26 will be installed in UC Irvines' new hospital. I would like to have more hospitals and medical buildings purchase my healing artwork. "Gloria" the Peace Maiden especially needs to be in a public place where her message can be received.
