Welcome to EMcommunity! I am so glad you are a part of this network of amazing women and girls will change your life like it has mine if you maximize everything it has to offer. When I came to EMwomen just over one year ago, I weighed 330 lbs and felt like my life had no purpose. Since then, I have lost over 137 lbs through the leadership programs and coaching and I haven't even gone to a gym yet. EMwomen has helped me change the way I think and give me the emotional strength to make great choices in life. I encourage you begin your journey to becoming the leader you were destined to be personally, professionally, and in every area of life.

Whether you want start your own business, improve relationships, or even lose 100 pounds, this organization is dedicated to your success.
