EMwomen Community

"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together." Leaders who celebrate diversity accomplish more: Leaders must build a team spirit that celebrates diversity. Teams must share a common goal, but not the same gifts. Teams mature when the leader insists on diversity and celebrates what everyone does together: Former UCLA basketball coach John Wooden said, "Individuals win trophies, but teams win championships."

When we are challenged, we find our character. The cream will surely rise to the top! As EMwomen, you have made this community a habit which demonstrates you care about conecting with others and "STICKING TOGETHER" Let's make it a habit to lean on each other as we make brave choices to push forward to succeed through these tought times. Our blogs, our welcomes, our lives are providing hope and encouragement to every woman we connect with on this community. By helping motivate those around us with a positive message and inspiring them to be passionate about their dreams, their families and their lives, together, we are making a difference!

Greatness comes in everday choices. Finish Strong!

Season of Blessings,

Jo Silvey
